1. How long does it take to return/exchange any goods I have purchased?
Goods can be returned for any reason within 7 days of receiving the goods.
2. What is the process for returning and exchanging goods?
To make a return, you can contact us by mail: supclean.aftersales@gmail.com. After receiving the information, please pack the goods securely in the original packaging, enclose a sheet with the name of the platform where the purchase was made, order number, name, phone number and mailing address of the buyer, mail the return to the return address. Supclean customer service will contact you within 24 hours to discuss any problems you encounter. They can also provide troubleshooting solutions and request additional information before arranging a return.
3. How long will it take for me to receive a refund?
Once we receive and verify your refund, we will notify you immediately and let you know if the refund is approved. If your refund is approved, it will be automatically made to your original payment method within 1-2 days. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank to process your refund
4. Do I need to keep any packing boxes for returns?
Yes, any returns require all accessories and original packaging. If any accessories are missing, a certain amount may be deducted.
5. What is the warranty period for the Supclean sweeping robot?
All Supclean products are covered by a one year warranty. Please refer to the Warranty for more details.
