Free delivery is available on the purchase of any Supclean vacuum cleaner.

1. How do I track the delivery?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number and carrier details.

2. I ordered more than one item. Will everything be delivered at the same time?

We will make every effort to ensure that your items are delivered to you at the same time. However, each item has a different delivery option, so items may be placed in separate orders and arrive at different times. Once the item has been shipped, you will receive an email notifying you of the delivery.

3- What should I do if I have questions about an order?

Go to the "Contact Us" section of the "My Order" page and select your model and type of problem. If necessary, you can add more details about your issue in the text box. Click submit to send your message to Supclean customer service.

4. How long does it take to ship?

Goods are usually dispatched within 2 working days of receiving your order.

5. What if I don't receive my package?

If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please go to the "Contact Us" section on the "My Order" page. Select your device model, then select "Shipping" under "Problem Type" and then submit your issue.

If you have not received a delivery confirmation email nine days after placing your order, please follow the steps above.

6. Can I change the shipping address of a package after the package has been shipped?

No, once the item has been shipped, the address cannot be changed.
